    My husband, after I read this article to him, says that's exactly the reason he eats it and encourages me to bake a fresh loaf of 500 grams every second day. LOL! We love sourdough bread. It's been part of our cultural tradition for centuries. I recall the freshly baked loaves and loaves of my childhood but, it's only recently that I've become aware of its benefits over commercially baked breads.

      Good for you and it is so amazing to get back to our traditions!!! So wonderful to eat things that bring back lovely memories and that are good for us!
