    Great tips! What about sitting/lying in a reclining sofa, is that bad for your back?

      Hi there thanks for your comment! Good question and in my opinion sitting in a recliner is ok however most people tend to bend the low back and neck forward. Try rolling a towel and placing it under your neck and another under your low back so they are in extension. Hope that helps!
