Place your legs up with a slight bend to help support your lower back. You can even use pillows to prop yourself up for extra comfort and support.

2. Avoid crossing your legs:

Crossing your legs may feel natural, but it actually puts unnecessary stress on your back and hips. Instead, keep your feet flat on the floor, or if you need to cross, simply cross your
ankles.

3. Sit up straight and use pillows as reminders:

To help maintain good posture, place pillows on the sides of your hips. This will gently remind you to sit up straight, relieving tension in your lower back.
